General Information

Royal Wave Journey is a travel and tour operator based in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. All services, packages, and bookings are subject to availability.We reserve the right to change itineraries, accommodation, or transport due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Booking & Payment

An advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your package.The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the tour as per the payment schedule provided.Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, card, or other accepted modes.

Amendments & Rescheduling

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.Rescheduling is possible with prior notice, but confirmation cannot be guaranteed.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

Royal Wave Journey acts as a coordinator between clients and hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, and other service suppliers.We are not responsible for delays, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and travel documents.

Health & Safety

Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to participate in activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, and other water/adventure sports.Royal Wave Journey is not liable for any illness, injury, or accident during the tour.

Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by events such as bad weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or political disturbances.
